A look to the past
Our small business, "Little Tortas" emerged as an idea of the team, consisting of Danahe García, Barragán Ireland and Isaac Arana, after thinking of a food that was preferred by BTG students and teachers in sales made in high school, for They could choose our product and be able to consume other foods and desserts that were sold.
The minis cakes were thought to achieve this and it was decided that the options of birote or telera and roast and marinated meat were offered, also offering two flavors of fresh water to accompany them. At the first sale we thought that it would not sell so much to see that other foods were preferred, but after all everything that was thought to sell was finished and customers asked to be sold the meat alone because there were no birotes. Although with this sale only the costs were recovered, afterwards there were gains in the three foreign sales made in the municipal mall of Autlán.
